Job Description
What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients.
  • Manage client accounts with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
  • Review policies, endorsements, and renewals to ensure proper coverage.
  • Partner with producers to deliver excellent service and drive client retention.
  • Respond to client inquiries, process changes, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with carriers to advocate for your clients.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior insurance experience (commercial lines strongly preferred).
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
  • Current insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
